13. Virtual meeting 1

 Virtual meeting 

Hi !

All the events so far with the unit have been in person but this time it was virtual ! As it was the Summer holidays lots of people were on holiday on the meeting, including me. My family were camping in Wales so I had to do it in a tent which was funny. The first hour was talking just to the young people. We played Kahoot on Korean facts. It was really interesting to learn about some of the culture of Korea. I came 5th In the Kahoot. 

After this we talked to each other about some of the fundraising we had been doing. After this the parents were allowed in the meeting and we then were showed the unit badge we had voted on and made together. I am so happy with the choice and I think it looks really cool !

Finally the leaders showed us these amazing pictures of the Jamboree site. We also asked lots of questions including things like; How much money we should bring ? What places will we be going ? and stuff like that.

The meeting was very good and I cant wait for more events in the future.
